How do I exchange/return my order?

We don't currently offer automatic exchanges/returns. To exchange/return an item, we would kindly ask you to return it and place a new order. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact tunc@maneothelabel.com

 

What if I experience any fitting issues after I receive my shoes and want to exchange for a smaller or a larger size?

If you experiencing any fit issues, we will do our best to address them. Normally a tight shoe will stretched once worn for a week or so. If you think a smaller or larger size would be best, you can exchange it for a new pair. Please contact us tunc@maneothelabel.com

 

What type of return shipment service do you recommend?

We strongly recommend that you use DHL Express and purchase shipping insurance for your return. We can not be responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact us once you have shipped the return package and provide tracking number so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

 

My return was delivered back to your warehouse. When can I expect to receive my refund?

We will issue your refund after your return has been registered in our warehouse. It may take up to 3 business days to issue refunds. It can take approximately 7 business days for the funds to show in your account.

 

Is there anything I need to remember when exchanging and returning my shoes?

The shoes must returned in the same conditions as you received them. Please test them for fit on a carpeted or soft surface only. If the shoes are stretched, scratched or have any signs of being worn, we can not accept an exchange or refund. For your convenience, we photograph every pair before shipping.

 

What if I haven’t received a shipping notification even though the order status has been changed?

Try checking your spam folder. Some e-mail providers might initially mark our e-mail as a spam or categorize them under Updates or Promotions in your inbox. If you still can not find them, e-mail us tunc@maneothelabel.com.

 

What if I haven’t received my order?

You should receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. All orders shipped via DHL Express and we purchase shipping insurance. If you haven’t received your order, we will issue your refund as quickly as possible. We will glad to help you.

 

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please e-mail an image of the fault, along with your order number to tunc@maneothelabel.com for further review. We can offer repair, replacement or refund options.

 

What if I receive an incorrect item?

How much does shipping cost? How long will it take to get my order?

We offer free worldwide shipping and packages typically arrive within 4-8 business days after we ship them. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

For EXCHANGE AND RETURN ITEMS, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.

 

What about return shipping costs?

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Maneo take no responsible in tracking your return. We recommend using DHL Express for safe return. It costs around $15, depends on your location.

 

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is placed, our warehouse begins processing in 24 hours. You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it for a full refund less applicable financial processing fees. To cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to reverse the process.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact tunc@maneothelabel.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to change the address.

 

Where do you fulfil orders from?

Our orders are fulfilled and dispatched either our Head Office in Istanbul, Turkey or Head Office in California, United States of America.

 

Do you offer discount codes?

We offer different promotions throughout the year. To stay updated, we recommend you to sign up for our newsletter. Upon signing up, you will also receive a 10% welcome discount that can be used towards any full priced products.
