Shipping & Returns

 

We ship worldwide with DHL Express shipping and include duties and taxes at no extra charge. Delivery will be within 4-8 business days. For orders placed before 10am (GMT-7), where your item is in stock, we endeavour to have these processed and shipped within the same business day.

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe delivery of your items. If you wish to change this please contact DHL directly stating your tracking number to arrange alternate delivery options.

We purchase shipping insurance, you are unable to take responsibility for any lost. We will do our best to assist you in the tracking of items. for any.

Where you are returning an item, due to incorrect sizing choice or change of mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs involved to return your item.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details after 48 hours.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. Please note: shoes must not be returned with worn soles, washed or damaged. Be cautious when trying on to prevent marking the leather.
  • Sale items are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases.
  • To exchange an item, we would kindly ask you to return it and place a new order. If you require assistance, please contact tunc@maneothelabel.com
  • Where your request for return is due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.

RETURN PROCESS

We don't currently offer automatic exchange/returns. To exchange/return an item, email to tunc@maneothelabel.com. We will assistance you. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send your item back to Maneo The Label.
